Elizabeth Kaiulo is a finance transformation and business advisory specialist with more than 17 years of professional experience across finance, accounting and operational improvement.
She advises organisations on finance transformation, systems improvement, process optimisation and organisational effectiveness, combining strong technical expertise with practical implementation capability to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
Her experience includes supporting finance transformation programmes for one of the world's largest private equity investment platforms, involving complex finance systems migrations and cross border collaboration between teams in Luxembourg, India, Ireland and Guernsey.
She has also led fund accounting operations supporting one of the United Kingdom's largest asset management groups, overseeing offshore delivery teams based in Poland while coordinating finance processes, operational change and stakeholder engagement from Guernsey.
These engagements required the management of geographically dispersed teams, complex operating models and critical finance functions within highly regulated international environments.
